Our union covers a vast area of workers from Guelph to Mount Forest. We all play an important role in making our schools safe, clean, and a fun learning environment for everyone. We take pride in our abilities to be able to provide our best selves. As well as engaging within our community while doing the best job we can offer. Our union strives to provide fair wages, along with continuing to improve working conditions to create a safe and accepting environment for everyone. They do this through collective bargaining. We never stop advocating for the diverse needs, well-being of our workers, our students and our visitors through unbiased and accessible resources.
